How often should you do Sculptra®?On average, a series of three treatment sessions over the course of a few months may be needed. The number of injections at each session will vary, depending on the degree of correction needed and the treatment plan determined by you and your specialist What should I avoid before Sculptra®?Avoid the use of Aspirin, NSAIDS, Ginko Biloba, Garlic Supplements, Green Tea, Flax Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Vitamins A and E, and essential fatty acids for up to 1 week pre and post injection as they will increase your risk of bruising. How long before you see results from Sculptra®?Results are gradual, and it may take a few weeks to see the full effects of Sculptra®. Results last up to two years. Can Sculptra® go wrong?Side effects have been linked to Sculptra®, including scarring, skin discoloration, nodules, lumps and granulomas. Does Sculptra® look natural?Sculptra® works gradually to stimulate your own body's collagen production, resulting in a natural, more beautiful and youthful-looking you! Why is Sculptra® so expensive?The cost really is driven by how much you need. A treatment plan determined by you and your specialist. What happens if you don't massage Sculptra®?The need to massage the treated area can be up to a week to avoid developing lumps beneath the skin.
